ORDER MODIFICATIONS/CORRECTIONS:
If you have placed an order and want to modify it, call
1-877-527-3984 or 1-936-321-2777. If you receive your
order and it is damaged or you have any other problem
with it, please call our toll free number.
MINIMUM ORDER is $125.00 USD. First
time customers, (unless you are approved for Drop Shipping),
the minimum order is $125.00 USD and the rule is no
fewer than 3 of any individual item can be ordered.
The exception to the minimum of 3 is "samples."
If you are ordering for the first time or we have introduced
a new product, you may order just one of a particular
item. After your first order, the $125 dollar minimum
is waived.
Handling Fee: A $6.00 handling fee
is charged on all U.S. orders. Unless otherwise specified,
shipping is by UPS Ground in the USA and Canada and
is added to the cost of the order. On International
Orders a $10.00 handling fee is charged due to the paperwork
involved. The $6.00 handling fee applies regardless
of the size of your order.
DROP SHIPPING:
Drop shipping is where you sell our products on your
web site, forward the order to us and we ship to your
customer.
We will drop ship for qualified Mail Order, Retail,
and Internet based businesses. This allows you to list
or display our products on your website with your retail
prices. We allow you to copy our product photos, etc.
When you receive an order, you in turn place the order
with us and we ship it directly to your customer. We
send you the invoice. For more information or to join
this program please phone us or contact us by
and include your name, the name of your business, address,
phone number, web site URL (if you have a web site)
and a time frame to contact you by phone.
NOTE: Our shipping and handling fee
for Drop Shipping in the US and Canada is $7.25. Drop
shipping is by UPS or US Priority Mail. Additional shipping
fees may apply. For drop shipping to Europe, please
contact one of our distribution centers there.
CANADA:
Minimum Shipment to Canada by USPIE is $40.00 USD. This
includes the $10.00 handling fee. This is based on the
average weight of a $125.00 USD order. If your shipping
is more than $8.00, you will notice another charge on
you account in about 15-40 days. This is because we
receive our USPIE Mail bill from the Post Office every
30 days. If your shipping bill is over $8.00, we charge
your credit card again for the additional amount owed.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Supplement Spot does not, as a general rule, do
30 day billing. We accept credit card payment at the
time of the order placement. We will set up running
accounts for high volume customers with appropriate
credit ratings. These procedures keep our overhead low
and we do not incur accounts receivable problems. Electronic
Banking allows Real Time Payments and we will not process
your Order unless accompanied by credit card payment
or arrangement.
For large national and international transactions,
bank wire may be preferable.
COD: We will ship UPS Ground COD within the United
States.
