General Information and Shipping

For International orders, the following Rules and Restrictions apply:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS!

There is a $10.00 Handling Fee for all International orders due to the paperwork involved.

A $6.00 handling fee is charged on all U.S. orders. Unless otherwise specified, shipping is by UPS Ground in the USA and is added to the cost of the order.

Shipping Services Available:

US Postal Service: United States Postal International Express Mail (USPIE). For small shipments this is usually the cheapest and we can track these shipments to you. Minimum shipping cost for bulk orders (approximately $200.00 and up) can cost between $40.00 to $100.00 depending on your country. This means a $200.00 order will total at a minimum between US $240.00 to $300.00. Maximum weight is 70 pounds per box. Shipping cost can be as high as $400.00. (Example Shipping Cost: 70 pounds to China can cost USD $400.00.) The shipping cost will depend on the weight and/or volume.

US Air Parcel Post: Less expensive, but no tracking of shipment. We do not recommend it.

Fed Ex / DHL: If you have a Fed Ex or DHL Account, we will put your shipping account number on the consignment and they will bill you. YAN is presently not shipping by Fed Ex or DHL.

Duetsche Post Global Mail: Only traceable to destination city. Only economical if under 10 lbs.

Pilot Air Freight: This is a private Cargo Carrier with international reach.

Pallet Size or other Very Large Orders: Our shipping agent is JF Moran in Houston, Texas, ph. 281-227-8000. We will also ship by your own US based shipping agent at your request. For certain countries one of these may be the best choice to avoid long custom delays even though usually more expensive.

By Cargo Ship: If your order is large enough, and/or you request it, we will ship by sea. All over sea shipments must be in controlled environments (refrigerated container, 80 degrees F maximum). Trips take 6-8 weeks. Not recommended.

Note on Shipping by Other Carriers: If your package weight is less than 70 lbs., USPIE is usually the cheapest method to ship and track. Air Parcel Post is much cheaper but we have no way of tracking the shipment. If you request Air Parcel Post, we assume no responsibility for lost shipments.

Estimating your Shipping Cost: Download or look at the Shipping Weight Manifest located on the Button Bar, left side of the web site, or right below this section. Find each items weight and get an estimate of your package weight. Go to the Shipping Calculator and find your estimated shipping cost.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES:
Please check with your local jurisdiction for additional fees that may be levied on the receipt of your order. These are your responsibility.

YOUR NATIONS IMPORT RESTRICTIONS & PROSCRIPTIONS:
Some of our products cannot be shipped into all countries. Know your regulations. If you order a product that is restricted or banned in your country and we don't catch it, you are still liable for cost and shipping. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. When and if the product is returned we will credit you account accordingly, but shipping fees are your cost. Laws and Regulations on Vitamins and Supplements are constantly changing.

WORLDWIDE REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTERS (RDC):
Supplement Spot is presently establishing global regional distribution centers to minimize the cost of international shipping. We have NO FREE SAMPLES. This site is available to the world, and we do not have the resources to ship free samples to every interested party. Serious interest requires payment for products received. We make every effort to give the fastest service with top of the line products at very reasonable prices.
